Lovely Rooms
I'm staying the night with Mum who is here for a few days while her house is being fixed. The rooms are lovely and the hosts have been fantastic to Mum, checking in on her every day and making sure she has everything she needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent
Arrived after a very short trip from the airport (much closer to Christchurch than I expected), property looks great with modern road appeal. Check in by the host was a breeze, shown to a large studio than was modern, light and airy. had a great sleep then a superb shower.

Can't fault
This place ticked all the boxes for us, excellent place to stay the rooms are lovely and well kept. Can't fault the excellent customer service from the owners, they truely went above and beyond when our group unexpectedly had to squeeze in and extra nights stay. Highly recommended from us.

Great small motel
Stayed here for one night. Does not look much from outside but the rooms are spacious and very clean with everything that you need for a good stay. Good cooking facilities and great bed. Also on main road so near supermarkets or lots of eating out options.

Nicest rooms stayed in
Lovely layout and best quality we've stayed in so far. Not many Motels in Kaiapoi so we were lucky they had room for us. Not far from the town centre. Only negative was motorbikes leaving early from the scout camp nearby but that's the way it is sometimes.

Great motel
Very friendly and informative host. Beautiful room with plenty of space. Close to restaurants and stores. Like the kitchen and bath, whole room spotless. Comfortable temperature on a rainy cool day. Loved it.

Excellent stay in modern unit - recommended!
Stayed overnight and enjoyed the modern decor and the amenities, which included everything I needed. Friendly owners and a nice location. Heartily recommended for individuals or families. It was also convenient for the airport and Christchurch itself.

Wedding Trip
Lovely quiet motel. Exceedingly clean units with very friendly staff. Staff helpful in offering advice re restaurants and travel. Nothing was too much trouble resulting in a very relaxing break. Well done Kaiapoi on Williams.
